WPA visits Freudenberger seed company

Feldsaaten Freudenberger has been cooperating with the Department for Crop Waterstress Management at University of Hohenheim in the area of coated seeds research.
Optimisation and adaptation to different environmental conditions constantly brings new species and varieties into focus, resulting in new processing methods. The WPA group was received by several staff members of the Freudenberger seed company and guided through the impressive seed stocks and logistic facilities. We visited the seed coating section and field demonstration plots. We discussed the traits of different grasses and crops in relation to the different environmental conditions.
We thank the Freudenberger company for the time and resources to host our group. A special thanks for inviting us to dinner, we enjoyed the time with interesting discussions.
